Receiving your catamaran is the first day of a new journey. At Lagoon, every delivery is carefully prepared to live up to the dream: a boat ready to sail, with support right up to handing over the keys.

Meticulous preparation, well before arrival at the dock

Even before the boat reaches the dock, our teams prepare the complete file: documents, inventories, warranties, and delivery instructions.
We get in touch with the dealer to fine-tune every practical and logistical detail, so that the big day lives up to expectations.

 

A thorough inspection, for total confidence

Upon arrival, each catamaran undergoes a comprehensive check: engines and reversers, fluid levels, batteries, navigation electronics, autopilot, VHF, radar, windlass, as well as air conditioning, watermaker, or generator depending on the chosen options.
Sails, rigging, running gear, moving parts, and finishes are scrutinised with the same level of exacting standards. The boat is then cleaned and prepared for this essential milestone.

An experience tailored to each model

Deliveries take place in Bordeaux for the Lagoon 51, 55, and 60, as well as the Lagoon SIXTY 5, SIXTY 7, EIGHTY 2, and EIGHTY 3.

In the Vendée region, at Les Sables-d'Olonne, we deliver Lagoon models up to 47 feet (38, 42, 43, 46, 47).

Depending on the model, we take as much time as needed: one day for the Lagoon 51, two days for the Lagoon 55 and 60, to walk through every detail of the boat and guide the owner at their own pace.

Some owners even choose to extend the experience with a visit to our production facility, to discover the behind-the-scenes of their catamaran's construction.

 

The moment of handing over the keys

On delivery day, the owner or their representative discovers their boat in detail, receives all documentation, and validates every key point with our teams before taking possession of the keys.

A moment designed to be experienced calmly, without any rush.

Care that continues beyond delivery

Once the boat has been delivered, our commitment continues: a full summary is shared with the dealer and our after-sales service teams, and we make a point of gathering the owner's feedback so we can keep improving.
