The 2025 Round Hainan Regatta, whose 14th edition took place in late November around Hainan Island, China, brought together international crews for a 680-nautical-mile course combining offshore passages and coastal stages.

In this demanding setting, several Lagoon catamarans took part in the race, demonstrating the range's ability to cover long distances in varied conditions while delivering comfort, stability, and peace of mind to their crews.
Competing on the intermediate course in the ORC3 category, the Lagoon catamarans delivered impressive performances:
• The Lagoon 500 secured 2nd place multihull in ORC3, while claiming line honors and class victory on the Lingshui to Sanya leg.
- The Lagoon 450 distinguished itself with a multihull victory in ORC3, the overall coastal regatta ranking, as well as line honors and class victory on the Sanya to Lingshui leg.
Beyond the results, this participation highlights Lagoon's DNA: catamarans designed to sail far and support crews in their cruising projects, with a recognized balance between onboard comfort and seaworthiness.
